She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Turner and Isabella Mitterwager Turner Brown; her brothers, Vernon and Douglas Turner; her son-in-law Joel Spencer; and her friend Dorothy Butts.
She is survived by: her husband Garry Moore; her children, Christina Spencer (Scott Hubbard) and Edward Turner (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Daniel, Hannah Spencer and Madison Liles; her sisters, Darlene Breeden (Rick), Patty Seamans (Jeffery) and Georganna Brown; and her nephew John Turner.
