He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent P. Hall and Vivian Hall (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Hall (Burdick); his children, Timothy (Karen Hall), Patti (Brian Tuttle), Howard (Tonya Burdick), Scott Brazee, Jamie (Cassandra Nichols), Jason (Pam Nichols), Jerry Neer and Shane (Sarah Neer); and his brother Larry (Julie Spisak). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
