He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kiernan and Shirley Kiernan (Labrie); and his sister Barbara Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kiernan; his stepdaughter Alicia Miller; his niece Tina; and his granddaughters, Cecily, Xiana and Evangeline Miller.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The Hospice of Chenango County (33-39 Court Street Norwich NY).
