He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip Colwell and Ruth Colwell (White); his adoptive father Harold Washburn; his wife Sandra K Palmer; his brother Harold Washburn Jr.; his children, Susan McHenry (Ed) of Sidney, NY, Penny Saunders (Bill) of Afton, NY, Kay Currie (Chris) of Plymouth, NY and Steven Washburn (Jen Hall) of Sidney, NY.; his sister Janet Jacob (Glenn) of Palmer, AK.; his grandchildren, Derrick McHenry (Gianna), Phillip McHenry (Bobbie Baldwin), Marcus Currie, Krista Currie (Frank), Christina Harvey, Aubree Palmer and Bradley Washburn; and his great grandchildren, Oliver McHenry and Anna Knapp.
