He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Phelps and Florence Phelps (Arnzen); and his wife Bertha Buchanan. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Becky Seeley (Jason) and Oneonta Katie Range (Charles); his great grandchildren, Liam, Cole and Liesl; and his daughter-in-law Karen Phelps. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
