He was predeceased by: his father Robert Leister. He is survived by: his mother Jane Leister (Hensler); his sons, Daniel and Jason; his grandchildren, Miriam and Nolan; his siblings, Robert, Jane Anne and Lydia; his niece Amy (Leon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, Ashley, Alexis and Joey; and his nephew Josh. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews along with many other family members and many "adopted" children and many close friends and his brother.
