He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Jenkins and Elizabeth Jenkins (Gill); and his children, Joni Fuller and Jason Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jenkins (Krom); his children, Kelly (Angela) of Richmond, KY, Christine Jenkins of San Diego, CA and Amy Aababouch (Driss) of Afton, NY; and his brothers, William Jenkins (Judy) of Virginia and Gordon Jenkins (Diane) of Virginia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
