He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Speight and John Speight. He is survived by: his wife Madeline; his children, Joyce Olesen (Philip), Jeffrey Jr. (Melissa) and Jessica Pappagallo (Robert); and his brother Jack. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
