He is survived by: his wife Diana Farfan-Jacobs; his son Stephen Maltese Jr.; his brother Lawrence Jacobs; his grandchildren, Austin, Gabriel and Adeline; and his mother-in-law Maria M. Farfan. He is also survived by close friends from Long Island and Myrtle Beach, whom he considered as family, along with his many beloved cats.
