We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sally L. (Rose) Luther of Avon, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Sawyer and Helen Sawyer Sr.; and her siblings, Sandi Bennett and Leo Sawyer, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Jensen (Thomas Zimmer) and Amanda Almeter (Adam); and her siblings, Linda "Sue" Sterns, Carol Baker, James Sawyer (Kathi), Terry Sawyer (Linda) and Brian Sawyer (Laura). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home (350 Genesee St, Avon, NY 14414).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mt. Morris Kiwanis Club PO Box 255 Mt. Morris, NY 14510 in her memory.
