He is survived by: his wife Faith E. Stoll (Mattil); his children, Dr. David Palmer, Mark Palmer (Sherry) and Kathleen Thibodeau; his grandchildren, Alex, Colin, Morgan, Ben, Madison Palmer, William, Sarah Beth and Kevin Cappola; and his great grandchildren, Abraham and Arthur Palmer.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the NYS Veterans Home, 220 Richmond Ave. Batavia, NY 14020 or the Joseph Gallipeau Legion Post.
