He was predeceased by: his siblings, Stephen Hendricks, Dale Mitchell and Sharron Paul. He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Hendricks (King); his children, Lisa Werner (Alan) and James Maier; his grandchildren, Ryan Maier, Cassandra Hubbard (Patrick Clarke), William Hubbard (Carolina), Nicholas Werner (Jaylynne Hitt) and Riley Werner; and his brother Richard Hendricks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
