He is survived by: his wife Marcia "Polly" Hayes; his children, Stephen (Carol McCarthy), Timothy (Carole), John (Karen), Robert Hayes (Allison), Mary Beth DiBacco (Michael) and Maureen "Molly" Hayes (Stuart Baker); his grandchildren, Catherine, William, Andrew, Patrick, Collin, Kathleen, Elizabeth, Hannah, Adara, Nora, Bridget, Caroline and Joseph Hayes; and his daughters, Sarah, Emily DiBacco, Rory and Caitie Baker.
