She was predeceased by: her sister Sheila Hurlburt (Donald); her granddaughters, Angel Rae and Taylor Ann DuBois; her brother-in-law Donna; and also Richard.
She is survived by: her husband John W. DuBois, Jr.; and her son Robert DuBois (Heidi) of Avon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
