He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leverne, Doris Sick, Richard and Helen Nagle; his aunt Pamela Smith; and his uncles, Gregory "Haney" Sick, Larry Nagle and Bill Nagle.

He is survived by: his parents, Doug Sick and Mary Therese Sick (Nagle) of Cohocton; his siblings, Bryan Sick (Bonnie Ye) of San Diego, Patrick Sick (Amylynn) of Cohocton and Jenniffer Lopez of Tampa, Fla.; his nieces and nephews, Emma, Lucas, Olivia and Jameson; and his aunts and uncles, Robert (Carol-Lee Nagle), Dave (Rose Nagle), John (Kathy Nagle), Paul (Sheila Nagle), Michael (Donna Nagle), Richard (Laurie Nagle), Jeffrey (Letitia DeVoesick) and Michele Sick. He is also survived by his family and friends.
