He is survived by: his wife Carol Shelly Warren; and his children, Sheila C. Warren, Shelley (Alan Schmidt), Susan M. (Don Walden), Christopher M. Warren and Karen L. (Thomas Byrne). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
