With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan H. Brown (Avon, New York), born in Patchogue, New York, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Brown; her half-brother Howard Hatfield; her son-in-law Richard Van Essen; and her granddaughter Cheri Converse. She is survived by: her children, Susan, Cheryl Converse (Jack), Steven and Scott (Laura); and her half-sister Carol Hatfield (Keith). She is also survived by "Nana" by her 8 grandchildren and her 5 great grandchildren.
