She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Dockstader; and her brother Robert Lenz. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Dockstader-Haas and Erick Dockstader; her granddaughter Meghin Haas; her great grandchild Natalie Martin; and her sister-in-law Ann Lenz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
