She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob A. Dziekonski; and her brothers, George and Carl Farr. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Dziekonski (Janet), Patricia Megliore (Stephen), Deborah Coniglio (David) and Mary Clarke; her brother David Farr (Judy); her grandchildren, Sarah Dziekonski, Eric Dziekonski (Amy), Stephanie Megliore, Justin Megliore (Liz), Fern Clarke, Nicole Tallman (Stephen) and Patrick Clarke (Melissa Rivelis); and her great grandchildren, Bryce Tallman, James Megliore and Jacob Meglorie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call Friday, August 27, 2021 from 11 - 2 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home 350 Genesee Street, Avon where her funeral service will be held following calling hours at 2PM. (Masks are suggested at the calling hours and service.) Interment Avon Cemetery.
