He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Anna Voorhees (Forrester); and his brother Jimmy Voorhees. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila Hammond, Louise DuVall, Rachael Nichols and Matt Voorhees (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
