He was predeceased by: his nephews, Eric Benton and Patrick Fervan. He is survived by: his wife Mechele Benton (Fervan); his children, Bradley (Oliver), Aaron and Emily Benton; his brother Bruce Benton (Mary); his brothers-in-law, Douglas Fervan and Daniel Fervan (Rebecca); his nephews, Kevin Benton, Matt Benton (Tiffany), Alexander Fervan (Alyssa) and Christopher Fervan (Emily); and his niece Sarah Lim (Caleb).
