She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Warner and Laura Warner (Smalt); her sons, David (Paulette), Lance (Joyce) and Brian Mattoon; her grandchildren, Angela Mattoon, Erika Wright (Colin), Michelle Charlton (Brian) and Robert DeVaul (Anna); her great grandchildren, Carter (Erika) and Logan (Michelle); her husband Harold; and her siblings, Lois Hall (Jim) and Don Warner (Yvonne).
Phyllis's family is asking in lieu of flowers for donations to the Avoca Library or Historical Society.
