He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Mae Jackson and Henry Thomas Sr.; and his siblings, Charles, Patrick and Cathy.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jackson; his children, Whitney Jackson, Tonya Jackson, Samantha Calkins (Mike), Michael Jackson Jr. (Courtney), Adam Crooks (Ashley) and Dustin Crooks (Kayla); and his siblings, Henry Jr., Priscilla, Iretta, Deborah and Wanetta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
