She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Troyer and Catherine Troyer (Schwartz); her husband Eli Garber; her children, Jeremiah Garber and Rachel Coblentz; and her brothers, Joseph and Noah Troyer.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Roach (Robert), Christian Garber, Katie Troyer (Sam), Samuel Garber (Fannie), Joseph Garber (Mattie), John Garber, Mary McCullen (Michael), Paul Garber (Bruna) and David Garber (Amara); her son-in-law Jonas Coblentz; and her grandchildren, Susanna Garber, Lydia, Benjamin Garber and Robert Coblentz. She is also survived by thirty-eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; eleven siblings; and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
