He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Mills and Elsie Mills (Simmons); and his sisters, Wilma Nelson (Bob) and Anna VanEtten (Bill). He is survived by: his daughter Darla Roote of Avoca, NY; his wife Barbara Treat; his son Douglas Mills (Mary) of Avoca, NY; his grandchildren, Destiny Deterville (Andrew), Danica Roote, William Roote, John Mills (Mandi) and Staci Mills; and his siblings, Dorothy Nelson (Wayne) of Shinglehouse, PA, Jim Mills (Jackie) of Westfield, PA and Terrence Mills (Sue) of Ulysses, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
