With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet L. Cleland of Avoca, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Ost and Velma Gardner Ost. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Davis (Clark), Valarie Kester (Patrick), Rory Wray (Erin), Tina Belanger (Steven) and Tammie Wolcott (Jonathan). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous siblings, nieces, and nephews.
