He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Mattoon and Mary Mattoon (Kleckler); his wife Phyllis Mattoon (Warner); his sons, David, Lance (Joyce) and Brian; his grandchildren, Angela, Erika Wright (Colin), Michelle Charlton (Brian) and Robert DeVaul (Anna); his great grandchildren, Carter (Erika) and Logan (Michelle); and his siblings, Norma Cooper (Mattoon), Jerry Mattoon, Don, Erwin and Larry Mattoon. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the Steuben County SPCA or Steuben Health Centers in Harolds name.
