He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Khork and Vivian Khork (Pyer); and his brother Edward Khork. He is survived by: his wife Goldie (Keltz); his sons, Douglas, Jr. of Avoca, Daniel (Nikki) of Ohio and Sammy Davis (Amira) of Endicott, NY; his grandchildren, Cassandra LaCroiix (Tyler), Macayla Smith (Kolby), Hali Khork, Alex Khork, Tasha, Sammy and Aaron Davis; and his great grandchildren, Colin, Granger and Lena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to either the Prattsburgh Ambulance or the Activities Dept. at the Taylor Health Center.
