He is survived by: his wife Candice Dockstader (Cleeves); his sister Phyllis Keneomann (Dockstader); his sister-in-law Barb Dockstader; his daughters, Nicole Dockstader and Danyelle (Dockstader); his stepsons, Rob Kellogg (Peyton) and Dan Kellog (Mary); his grandchildren, Makenna Luckenbach, Carlee Luckenbach, Emma Luckenbach, Mallory Hildreth and Ethan Hildreth; and his stepgrandchildren, Jack Kellog and Jensen Kellog.
