He is survived by: his parents, Jacek Turbiasz and Stasia Bartnik Turbiasz of Averill Park; his wife Tina Quintano Turbiasz of Ravena; his children, Nisa Lynn Migdal (Jacob) of Lakewood, WA., Aidan Jacek of Ravena and Richard Bret Turbiasz of Ravena; and his sister Dr. Agnes Gelder (Bret) of Wynantskill.
