Holser (Debbie) and Suzanne Long (Tom); her grandchildren, Vincenzo, Sofia and Luciano Sanchez; and her former husband Michael DeFazio. She is also survived by her children, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel (2691 NY-43, Averill Park, NY 12018). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
