He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene R. Winne and Donna M. Newkirk Winne; his child Mikki Smith; and his brother Michael Winne. He is survived by: his wife Belva Smith Winne; his grandson Devin S. Guill; his children, Angela Guill of West Stephentown and Randall Butler; and his sisters, Lorraine Vooris of Nassau and Karen Knefley of Clifton Park. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
