She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Brannock and Rosemary Mara Brannock Jr.; and her brother William Brannock. She is survived by: her husband Timothy W. Howes; her sons, Timothy Jr., Jason and David Howes; her grandchildren, Hannah, Xander, Hunter, Anthony and Noah Howes; her great-nieces, Willow and Meadow Wallace; and her siblings, Joseph Sackerson (Michaelena), John Brannock (Barbara Roselli), Barbara Gilchrist (late Daniel), Theresa Kieley (William), Kevin Brannock (Les Ryan), Muriel Day (David), Joanne Brannock, Patricia Wademan (Joseph) and Michael Brannock (Susan).

The family wishes to have donations in memory of Rosemary Brannock sent to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204.

“Met Rosemary 1996 when I joined USAR/Albany,we had many good year's great to work with. I learned a ton from Rosemary not just USAR but in nursing, so caring and respectful person/ nurse. Getting to spend a lot of time in Germany together was the best. Than when I was stationed in Hawaii, Rosemary came for her 2 weeks, a lot of awesome memories.
