He was predeceased by: his parents, Obed F. Gile and Amanda Pratt Gile; his grandchild Alyson Gile; and his siblings, Ada Vincent, Fred, Ernest, Henry and Richard Gile.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Arnold Gile; his children, Kenneth P. Gile (Teri) of Averill Park, Patricia Fleming (Terry) of Averill Park and Robert Gile (Jeanne) of East Nassau; his sister Betty Lasch of Averill Park; and his grandchildren, Stephen (Casie) and Brittany (Don Page).
