She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, E. Iona Reinke Dobert and George A. Kern; her children, Michael Kern (Linda) of Rockville, CT, Leo Kern of Averill Park, Karen King (Paul) of Poestenkill, Timothy Kern (Kathy) of Yorktown, VA, Elaine Peterson (Clint) of Stephentown and David Kern (Heather) of Averill Park; and her siblings, Loren Dobert of Sand Lake, Elton Dobert of Schroon Lake, Floyd Dobert of Lumber City, GA, Wayne Dobert of Valatie, Joyce Zyniecki of Warrensburg, Eugene, Laverne C., Robert Dobert, Elsie Cann and Eleanor M. Bubie. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
