He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jay F. Marsceill and Pam Marsceill. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Marsceill; his son Jerry E. Marsceill Jr. Douglas S. (Jennifer Marsceill); his grandchildren, Douglas S. Marsceill Jr., Jerry E. Marsceill III, Cassandra A. Marsceill, Alexander C. Marsceill, Peyton R. Marsceill and Kensington H. Marsceill; his sisters, Joni Marsceill and Marcia Marsceill; and his mother-in-law Patricia E. Cooper.

Due to covid-19, services will be held at a later date at Saratoga National Cemetery.
