He is survived by: his children, David Nichols, Sr., Michael Nichols of Clifton Park, Katherine Duffy Darmetko (Edward), Joseph Nichols (Kristin), Andrew Nichols of Clifton Park, Daniel Nichols (Krista) of Sand Lake and Robert Nichols (Kindra) of Maplewood; and his siblings, Joseph Nichols of Brunswick, Leonard Nichols of Florida and Penny O'Dell (Virginia Fox) of Vermont. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
