Maxfield Sr. and Anna Marie Bliss of Averill Park; his children, Tyler Reynolds, Branden, Brayden, Angelina and Kristina Maxfield; his siblings, Frank Maxfield of Averill Park and Michelle Mills of Grafton; and his grandparents, Anna and Douglas Wagner (CoryAnn Clyde) of New Jersey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
