He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Walter Belvick and Julia Bednarski; and his siblings, Steven Belewich (Sonny), Richard Belvick and Carol Leos.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Gookins; his children, Ann Marie Smith (Steven), Michael Belevick (Teresa) and Greg Belevick (Jami); his grandchildren, Julia MacNaught (John), Jarred Priolo, Anastasia Smith, Dillan Belevick and Kaylee Belevick; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Logan MacNaught.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home (301 Post St, Boonville, NY 13309). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
