With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa I. Chmielewski of Ava, New York, born in Rome, New York, who passed away on May 26, 2022 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa I. Chmielewski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Donlon and Agnes Donlon (Redman); her close friend Richard Karolac; and her children, Pauline Chmielewski, Elaine Walker, Mary Howland, Brenda Sorrell and Larry Chmielewski.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Targosz (Robert Jr.), Judy Hilts (Henry), Tom Chmielewski (Nancy), John Chmielewski (Corey) and Peter Chmielewski; and her siblings, Kathleen Leyva and Dale Pannunzio. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
