He is survived by: his wife Janice (Truax); his children, Kathleen Hayden of Bexley, OH, Timothy (Joan) of Rome, NY, Jonathan O'Brien (Suzanne) of Bristol, RI and Rebecca Battleson (Jay) of Bend, OR; his grandchildren, Meghan, Peter and Hannah Hayden; his children, Kathryn, Benjamin, Nicholas Rosbrook, Burke, Bryce, Margaret, Lucienne O'Brien and Kora Battleson; and his sisters, Mary Mondi (John), Gail Gorczynski (Daniel), Carol Jones (Willard) and Anne Lewis (Robert).
