He was predeceased by: his parent Adelbert Armstrong; and his sisters, Patricia, Barbara and Joyce. He is survived by: his parent Nettie Adams Armstrong; his wife Ruth Kimball Armstrong; his children, Mary McNabb (Bernie) and John Armstrong (Celeste); his grandchildren, Erica, Sheena, Joscelyn (Nate), Joseph, Jacob and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Blake and Beverly; and his sister Eleanor May. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
