It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda M. Brown of Auburn, New York, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rice and Irene Rice (Turner); her husband Steven; and her siblings, Mary Myers, Cheryl West, Carl Rice Jr., Eric Rice and John Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Joann Monk and William Rhodes; her grandchildren, Joshua, Ceiara McClure, Amanda, Halie DiGenova (Chris) and Tristan Rhodes; and her siblings, Sharleen Woodard, Brenda West, Penny Cribbs and William Rice. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and expecting another great-grandson.
