He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stomps and Kathleen Stomps. He is survived by: his siblings, Dean, Randall (Janet) and Nancy Apsley (Richard); and his children, Sybil, Kathleen and Frank Stomps. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (197 South St, Auburn, NY 13021). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (96 E Genesee St, Skaneateles, NY 13152).
