She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cunningham and Nora O'Donnell Cunningham; her husband Joseph R. Cook; her children, Sally Ann Carnicelli and Joseph Cook Jr.; and her brothers, Joseph, Francis, James and Thomas Cunningham.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Joseph Webster (Rachel) of Germany and David Webster (Stephanie) of Texas. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.
