He was predeceased by: his parents, Noofer Slywka and Jean Slywka (Cecchini); and his wife Karen Slywka (Nedza). He is survived by: his daughter Emily (Marc); his grandchildren, Lucus Conners and Dylan White; and his cousins, Debbie Oliveras and Joanne Babcock.

Donations in Peter's memory may be made to the Fleming Fire Department Station 1.
