She was predeceased by: her husband Lee; her son Mark; and her siblings, June McDowell and Laverne Horr, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brian, Scott (Rita Hyrynk) and Lynn (Keith Leo); her sister Etta Mae Chamberlin; and her brother-in-law Ralph McDowell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She is known to many at the PBCS gym and the Erie Canal Trail where she continued her walking and exercise until the end of her life--despite the increasing challenges of Parkinson's Disease.
