She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Sloan Jr.; her sister-in-law Susan N. Sloan; and her daughter-in-law Shavonne R. Sloan. She is survived by: her mother Mia; her siblings, Kevin Hickey (Lois), Brian Hickey and Kate Ryan; her children, Christopher Sloan (Nicole) and Stephanie Butler; her grandchildren, Gillian Sloan, Alyssa Butler, Kira Sloan, Hannah Butler and David Butler; her nieces, Jeanne Luker (Patrick), Caitrin Colombo (James) and Rhianna Eberle (Andrew); her nephew Garrett Hickey; and her pet Baby. She is also survived by five grandnieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Donations in Nancy's memory may be made to Unity House of Cayuga County and the Finger Lakes SPCA of Central New York.
