She was predeceased by: her father Frederick Freeman. She is survived by: her husband Roger E. Lewis; her children, Deborah and David Lewis (Kathy); her granddaughter Amanda Barrett (Jon); her great grandchild Collin; and her niece Saralynne Mullin (James). She is also survived by many cousins, and relatives of her husband.
