She was predeceased by: her husband Mannie Siegle; her parents, Philip Levine and Faye Levine; and her brother Gustav Levine. She is survived by: her children, Victor Siegle (Ann), Jody Siegle (Reuben Epstein), Ronald Siegle (Ruth) and Amy LaGambino (John); her grandchildren, Josh Siegle (Annie Holden), Elizabeth Siegle, Aaron Epstein (Rebecca), Eric Epstein, Chloe Epstein, Gabriel Siegle (Beth Kozlowski), Hannah Stapleton (Ralph), Louis LaGambino and Philip LaGambino; her sister Beverly Rudolf; and her sister-in-law Jill Littrell.
